All tracks recorded in Ludvika.
Track 5, 6 & 14 recorded in 1989.
Track 1, 2, 4 & 13 recorded in 1990.
Track 3 recorded in 1990/1991
Track 7, 8 & 12 recorded in 1991.
Track 9, 10 & 11 recorded in 1992.

Track 3 is a mix of two versions of that track. One recorded in 1990 with Alesis HR-16 on drums, the other recorded in 1991 with Alesis SR-16 on drums. It was edited in 2020. All tracks were originally recorded on cassette tape, and digitally cleaned, mastered and edited in 2020. All vocal parts has been removed.
